Here are five great text editor features I learned from Emacs and strive to implement, one way or another, in any text editor I use. M-c simply make first letter in word uppercase. M-u make letters uppercase in word from cursor position to end. M-y yank earlier text (cycle through kill buffer) C-x C-x exchange cursor and mark. In the first one, I got a little sidetracked because I wanted to address common frustrations that get in people’s way.
